How To Block/Unblock Websites With Your PC Settings?

• First click on Start menu from task bar and search for notepad option at run editor. 
• Select the Run as Administrator option by making a right click on notepad option.  
• By selecting the Run as Administrator option a new window will open displaying the options like file, edit, format, view and help at menu bar. 
• There you should follow the path File                                                                              Open >> computer >> C drive. 
• After selecting the open option a new window will display on the monitor.
• After that you want to go to below path.                                                                               Windows >> system32 >> drivers >>etc >> hosts Select the hosts file there. 

Note: In etc folder if it shows empty go to Text document and select "All Files".

• In hosts you can see 127.0.0.1 in bottom of page. 
• Give some space after 127.0.0.1 and enter website name. 
• Enter website names as many as you want to block.

Ex: 127.0.0.1 www.google.com 
      127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com 

• If any of the sites are not working in your PC follow the same procedure mentioned above and remove the listed sites mentioned in last step.
